Working closely with our Community Manager, Michael personally consults with every discerning and inquisitive traveller. His aim is always to create luxurious journeys that ignite the curious within us all. He will love the opportunity to sit down with each resident to understand where and how they have travelled before and to understand what their future travel aspirations are.
In the first instance you can contact Michael via our concierge team or through our Community Manager and we will then arrange a mutually convenient first appointment.

Once your trip is arranged, all charges can be settled with the Travel Designer directly by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
Group Affiliations
Through an affiliation with Colletts Travel UK and the Global Travel Collection Halsall Travel, Michael has preferred partnerships with every luxury hotel brand, cruise line operator and an in-house villa company through the Virtuoso and SELECT (offering VIP service and added value benefits such as monetary credits and upgrades). This affiliation allows Michael to draw on a global travel company for up-to-date travel developments, global purchasing power, support, resources, and the latest travel technology.

Cancellation Policy for appointments.
We completely understand there are times you may need to reschedule.
We ask that you speak in person to the Travel Designer or the Community Manager or our concierge team to cancel an appointment and not leave a message which may not be picked up until later.
About Michael Halsall
“I set up Halsall Travel in 2018 because I wanted to share my passion for travel with others. I transferred my service-orientated experience from working in luxury hotels, having travelled extensively and lived around the globe. I am delighted to be working with Riverstone and being appointed as your in-house Travel Designer as it became apparent that we all share a mutual desire for luxury, the finer things in life, sustainability and being forever curious.
I take immense pleasure in hearing from clients who have come back from a trip and appreciated all the small things that go into creating a memorable journey. I encourage every client to be curious and seek out the new and unknown.
